Dinesh Sheth, Chief Executive Officer
Experience:
Mr. Sheth is a founding member of uMonitor – Parsam Technologies. Prior to uMonitor’s inception, he has held senior management positions in both start-ups and world-class large organizations. He was Senior Vice President of Systems and Technology at Skywire, a venture capital funded start-up. He was Vice President of Software Development and Systems Integration at SkyTel, a leading provider of national and international paging and messaging services. He was also General Manager at Telco Research, a Nynex Company, and technical team manager at GTE. Mr. Sheth is an expert in the financial services and wireless industry, and brings computer, communications and business skills together to produce desired results. He was instrumental in delivering the world’s first narrow-band personal communication service, and has managed many large-scale projects with budgets in excess of $100 million, as well as provided turn-key solutions with innovative approaches and new technologies.
Education:
Mr. Sheth has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago, an MS in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BS in Electronics Engineering from the Maharaja Sayajirao University.
Pinakini Sheth, President
Experience:
Mrs. Sheth is a founding member of uMonitor – Parsam Technologies. Prior to uMonitor’s creation, she was involved in the development and operation of complex systems in Fortune 500 and start-up companies.
Education:
Mrs. Sheth received a BS and an MS in science from Gujarat University, India, and has completed course work for an MS in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
Richard Whiddon, Vice President of Sales
Experience:
Mr. Whiddon joined uMonitor – Parsam Technologies in 2001. Before joining uMonitor, Mr. Whiddon was Vice President of Sales with three consecutive start-up companies. He also worked in a variety of capacities for the Sara Lee Corporation, including executive sales, marketing and management positions. Mr. Whiddon has over 20 years of experience with web solutions and consumer driven products, business development, management and sales of a wide range of software related solutions, and has guided the company from the core offering of the uView® solution for financial institutions to introducing the uTransfer® service and uOpen & uFund® solution as well as uAdvise® solutions.
Rashmi Gupta, Vice President, Sales
Experience:
Mrs. Gupta joined uMonitor – Parsam Technologies in 2000. Prior to joining uMonitor, Mrs. Gupta was the Vice President, Sales for Advanced Technology Partners and the Manager of Sales for Silicon Valley Technology. Her strengths include business development, technology sales, client relations, IT recruitment, and negotiating and closing deals, particularly within IT consultative businesses.
Education:
Mrs. Gupta received a BS from Lady Irwin College in New Delhi and an MS and an MBA in Sales and Marketing from Delhi University.
Sanjiv Desai, CIO & Security Officer
Experience:
Mr. Desai joined uMonitor – Parsam Technologies in 2000. Prior to joining uMonitor, Mr. Desai managed complete systems projects for both Internet and traditional “brick and mortar” companies, including AT&T, accuship.com and the former Promus Hotels (now Hilton). He has over 10 years of development and managerial experience in the technology arena and focuses on the development of the internal information infrastructure for the rapidly expanding company, as well as security and compliance advancements.
Education:
Mr. Desai received a BS in Computer Science and an MPA from University of South Gujarat in India, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Prabhakar Thippana, Director of Systems Development
Experience:
Mr. Thippana joined uMonitor – Parsam Technologies in 2000. Prior to joining uMonitor, Mr. Thippana was a Software Engineer for Tata Consultancy Services. His strengths include Information Systems Design and Architecture.
Education:
Mr. Thippana received a BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering form Sri Venkateswara University, Andhra Pradesh, India, and an MS in Computer Science from IIT, in Roorkee, India.
Vamshi Marpadaga, Director of Software Development
Experience:
Mr. Marpadaga joined uMonitor – Parsam Technologies in 1999. Prior to joining uMonitor, Mr. Marpadaga worked as a Software Engineer with Sriven Infotech and Kwik Systems. He has 10 years worth of experience in the software industry, within the financial, medical and telecom fields. He was the Chief Architect of uTransfer® and SIMP®. Mr. Marpadaga researches new technologies that can help uMonitor’s financial industry customers.
Education:
Mr. Marpadaga received a MS in Electronic Commerce from University of Memphis.
Jill Reynolds, Director of Project Management
Experience:
Ms. Reynolds joined uMonitor – Parsam Technologies in 2007. Prior to joining uMonitor, Ms. Reynolds worked designing and implementing workflow solutions for insurance companies enabling them to streamline operations thus reducing cycle times and costs.
Education:
Ms. Reynolds received her BA from Lewis University and her Executive MBA from the University of Memphis.
Elaine Gieszler, Director of Channel Sales
Experience:
Ms. Gieszler joined uMonitor – Parsam Technologies in 2008. Prior to joining uMonitor, Gieszler was an accomplished operations manager. She joined uMonitor with more than 14 years of experience managing complex vendor relationships worldwide. Previously she oversaw multi-faceted projects across cross functional departments and locations. In addition to her management role, she was responsible for overseeing the financial objectives for the overall success of the business.

Ms. Gieszler received her B.S. in Communications from Southern Connecticut State University and her Executive MBA from the University of Memphis.
